Buyer registration

Please apply using the following registration form.
Final closing date for application : Fri, February 22, 2008 (Japan time)
[Collection ticket application]
This time, you can convey your requests for Collection tickets to participating
designers’ companies using the registration form. This system aims to facilitate
a smooth communication between buyers and participating designers’ companies.
This is just for conveying your ticket requests so it isn't guarantee of Collection
tickets.
Please choose up to 15 brands that you would like to attend their Collection
shows from the brand list of the registration form. When your registration
has been completed, your ticket requests will be sent to the participating
designers’ companies.
Each designer’s company reviews your requests and ticket availability will
be sent to you by e-mail by Tue, February 26, 2008.
If you received e-mail of ticket availability from designers’ companies,
please make sure to send back confirmation mail of your participation to the
Fashion Strategy Forum Secretariat (buyer@jfw.jp) by Thu, February 28, 2008.
Unless we receive your confirmation of participation, your requests will be
cancelled. Please be forewarned.
Upon receipt of your confirmation, we will send the list of your tickets and
let you know how to receive them by e-mail by Tue, March 4, 2008.
Collection tickets will be handed over at Press/Buyer lounge, located inside
of Tokyo Midtown Hall from 5p.m. to 8p.m. Sun, March 9, 2008. In order to receive tickets,
you need the copy of last mail from the Secretariat that confirms your tickets
as exchange.
Once you have registered, you cannot change the details of your application on
the WEB so please make the contents sure before registration. However, if you
have to change the details, please contact the Secretariat directly.
Since there are a large number of press applications every year, Collection tickets
may not be sent to everyone who applied. Please be forewarned.
*Attention
A list of registered information which is applied by Fri, February 15,
2008 will be distributed to participating designers’ companies.
Buyer ID, JFW official guide book (maximum/ 3copies) and the invitation
for JFW Designers’ Exhibition will be given at Press/Buyer lounge, located
inside of Tokyo Midtown Hall from 5p.m. to 8p.m. Sun, March 9, 2008. We will e-mail
you the location map of Press/Buyer lounge.

Registered personal information will be used just for the smooth operation
of JFW in TOKYO. For a policy of the personal information protection of the
Fashion Strategy Forum, please refer to the JFW official website PRIVACY POLICY.
