After graduating in Fashion
Design from Tokyo Mode College, Nagasawa joined Tokio Kumagai Inter national.
Shoe designer Fujikawa graduated from Tokyo Mode College in 1985 joining Pop International
and, in 1988, Message Inc. The pair set up Panthon in 1994 launching womenswear
band Mimpie that year. They launched menswear brand Mon tsuki at the Tokyo Collections
in 2004. That year they participated in the Pig Leather Collection under the auspices
of both brands at the Japan Creation exhibition Forum. Mon tsuki joined the New
York Collective group show in 2005.
