Torii graduated from Bunka
Fashion College. She showed her worked at the Paris Collections in 1975. She was
awarded the Fashion EditorsO Club Grand Prix in 1976 and again in 1988. Yuki Torii
Design Office was established in 1984 and the following year she opened a boutique
in ParisO Gallerie Vivienne. She was awarded the Mainichi Fashion Award in 1995.
In 2005, she celebrated 30 years on the Paris catwalk and was awarded a special
prize by the Mainichi Fashion Award c o m m i t t e e .
