As the chief designer of an apparel manufacturer, he has worked on many brands.
From the 2003 spring/summer season, he started his own brand "Kiminori Morishita".
The runway show was announced on the official schedule of Tokyo Fashion Week, and since 2007, the runway show has been announced at Paris Fashion Week.
His collection was sold in about 70 stores in 20 countries around the world.
After leaving the company in January 2009, he established a new company, "kiminori morishita garments lab Co., Ltd."
The first collection of the 2010 S/S season was presented in Paris, and a new brand "08sircus" was launched.
He started the women's collection in Paris in the 2012-13 A/W season.
In 2025, the D2C fashion brand SOÈJU will launch its first collaboration line, "SOÈJU k".
The collection is designed with a gender-neutral perspective and features authentic menswear specifications that can be worn by women.
