Born on the 21st of August 1986 and raised in Shanghai, Leonard Wong graduated from Tokyo's prestigious school Bunka Fashion College with honours in 2013.
Soon after winning the 2012 Tokyo New Fashion Designer Grand Prix Award, Air France Award, Ministry of Culture Award, Leonard started his own company in Nihonbashi Tokyo.
The label 'Leonard Wong' is relentlessly endeavouring to create a design that balances strength, masculinity, elegance and beauty in a minimalistic form.
'I have always admired women who are strong and speak their own minds;
Their elegance, strength and compassion is something I think of when designing.'
