Launched in 2011 by Ari and Sari Seputra, Major Minor is an eclectic
brand that reflects the diversity of the people behind the label. Ari and
Sari are veterans in the industry with years of experience that results in
3 successful labels under their belt. Joined by 2 young designers -
Inneke and Ambar with their trend-hopping cosmopolitan sensibilities
gave the label a rise above the trends du jour.
Preppy yet slightly quirky, innovative and dynamic are some of the
words that describe the label. Clean-cut pieces in eye-popping colors,
complete with affordable price tags is the trademark of the brand.
Major Minor is proud of the fact that all of their garments are designed
and produced in Indonesia. Under the influence of a doyen and two
young creative minds with a spirit of independence, the label has
established into one of the rising star in the Indonesian fashion.
