Taiwan Select, curated by the Taiwan Textile Federation (TTF), is a platform dedicated to showcasing Taiwan’s fashion industry on the global stage. This season, Taiwan Select presents a joint runway show featuring Yentity and S’ranouir, two distinctive brands with unique creative identities and global perspectives. Together, they demonstrate the innovation, craftsmanship, and cultural richness that define contemporary Taiwanese fashion.
Supported by the Taiwanese government, Taiwan Select serves as a key initiative to promote local fashion brands internationally, using fashion as a universal language to foster cross-cultural dialogue and expand the global presence of Taiwanese creativity.
Among this season’s featured brands, Yentity constructs a contemporary urban aesthetic through gender-neutral silhouettes and restrained color palettes, challenging conventional perceptions of femininity while exploring confidence, independence, and ease in everyday dressing. S’ranouir,inspired by deconstructive aesthetics, explores the relationship between clothing and the body through reconstructed tailoring and convertible design. Using custom-developed metal hardware, sustainable materials, and meticulous craftsmanship, the brand creates versatile garments that balance comfort, functionality, and aesthetics across different seasons and occasions.
While each brand speaks through its own distinct design language, both reflect a shared interest in questions of identity, lifestyle, and the evolving values of contemporary society. Together, they present a vision of fashion that is thoughtful, adaptable, and deeply connected to the realities of modern life.
