In 2020, RYOTAMURAKAMI was renamed to "pillings " to mark the be ginning of a new chapter.
With the concept of "expressing the affection for craftsmanship and its background through creativity," the brand presents
collections centered on hand knit items in collaboration with Japanese hand knitting artisans.
Through fashion, the brand aims to innovate hand
knitting techniques and create an environment where these skills can be
passed on to the next generation―this is also one of the brand's key missions.
