[PICK UP] FASHION TSUSHIN THEATER: 40 Years of Archives
Exclusively during Fashion Week Tokyo, organized by Fashion Tsushin, rare archival footage will be screened at COURT on the 8th floor of Shibuya Hikarie. With a different lineup each day, these three days are not to be missed—so don’t miss out!
Since its debut in 1985, “Fashion Tsushin” has continued to report on fashion capitals around the world. To commemorate the show’s 40th anniversary, we are hosting a special event titled “Fashion Tsushin 40th Anniversary Archive Theater,” featuring a selection of episodes carefully curated from our vast archive of footage.
This event will feature screenings in a theater setting of archival footage that has marked the program’s history, including reports on global collections, in-depth interviews with designers, and special features that capture the spirit of the times. Over the course of three days, you can fully immerse yourself in the legacy of “Fashion Tsushin,” which has spent 40 years documenting and conveying the “present” of fashion from a multifaceted perspective.
