1997 : After graduation from University, Mihara changed the brand name from “arch doom” to “MIHARAYASUHIRO” entitled his own name.
1998 : Mihara opened his first shop in Aoyama and started wear line.
1999 : Mihara took part in Tokyo Collection for the fist time for 2000SS MENS COLLECTION.
2000 : Mihara started collaboration with PUMA and launched PUMA by MAHARAYASUHIRO.
2006 : Mihara participated in Milano Collection for 2006A/W MENS COLLECTION.
2007 : Mihara moved the place of the show to Paris from 2007A/W MENS COLLECTION. His first collection in Paris was highly evaluated as “Wear of poetry”
2008 : Mihara presented an apparel line of PUMA by MIHARAYASUHIRO at PITTI IMAGINE UOMO. It was selected as top 10 of the best collections.”
2011 : Mihara presented 2011A/W MENS COLLECTION “The Nihilist” collaborated with the world famous jazz pianist, Hiromi Uehara.
2011 : Mihara presented 2012S/S WOMENS COLLECTION “Ophelia has a Dream”. He collaborated with Visual Design Studio WOW and presented interactive work entitled same name of the collection at the joint exhibition “Tranoi”.
2012 : Mihara presented 2012A/W MENS COLLECTION “Insider Outsider” in which he used Japanese traditional fabric “Nishijin-Ori” collaborated with HOSOO established in 1688 in Kyoto. In that show, MIYAVI played dynamic music.
2015 : Mihara launched a new line “Modified#” in which Mihara break down and restructured vintage clothes.

In 1972, Mihara Yasuhiro was born in Nagasaki, Japan. He studied at Tama Art University where he first started experimenting with shoes design. 
Design for daily use of shoes drew his interests more than art for admiration did and he learned knowledge at shoes factory.
While attending the University, he created his first pairs of shoes and discovered the unique design that would be used in many of creations when he started his own label “MIHARAYASUHIRO” in 1996.
MIHARAYASUHIRO receives a high evaluation in the world due to its uniqueness and highly designed details which can been seen not only in shoes but in his apparel collections.
Mihara first took part in Milano Collection in 2006 and has continuously participated in Paris Collection from 2007.
In 2015, Mihara became a creative director of Sanyo Shokai’s new brand, “Blue Label Crest Bridge” and “Black Label Crest Bridge”. He held its first run way show in March of this year.
From 2016, Mihara moved to London for showing his main collection.
