ODRADEK

ODRADEK is a Menswear/Unisexwear/Accessory label based in Japan. The principal concept of the label is a “PROTECTION" of “NAMELESS, UNDEFINED IDENTITIES", The theme of the collection is an integration of Menswear and accessory.
ODRADEK's first collection was presented at RENDZ-VOUS Paris Exhibition during Paris fashion week in 2008. It debuted Japan Fashion Week with SS10 collection sponsored by JFW in 2009. The current SS11 collection is the third season shown at Japan Fashion Week.

Kanou was born in Kyoto in 1980. After she left for NZ at the age of 14, she moved to the U.K and graduated from Ba (Hons) Fashion & Textile at Ravensbourne College of Design and Communication. While at school, she interned at labels such as Camilla Staerk, Hussein Chalayan and Kenzo. After working as a menswear designer for a French licensing label and Reem, she launched ODRADEK in 2008
