This two-week Shibuya-centric art festival invades subway station concourses, Hikarie lobbies, and other venues to showcase photographs, 3-D representations, performances, and more by and for Shibuya people. Coincident with the opening of the Toyoko Line’s underground station, this year’s unifying theme is “Changing Shibuya.”
