Tokyo, 20 Oct 2016: DHL Express, the world’s leading international express services provider, brought the 2017 S/S collection of Anne Sofie Madsen, winner of the DHL Exported program, to Amazon Fashion Week TOKYO (AFWT) today to showcase her second season.

In 2015, Anne Sofie Madsen was selected as one of the winners of the DHL Exported program, Cycle 2, and she made her long awaited debut appearance in Tokyo in March 2016.

Anne Sofie Madsen, who has just completed her second runway show in Tokyo, commented, “Since we presented our first DHL Exported show in Tokyo in March, we have recognized the influence and power of the opportunity as we received increased number of enquiries and attention not only from Japan but also from other parts of Asia. For this season, we will further solidify my brand in Tokyo via the sales meetings after the runway show.”

This is the second season for the winners of the DHL Exported program, Cycle 2. Atsushi Nakashima, who is the first Japanese designer to have won the DHL Exported program, successfully showcased his second collection at Milan Fashion Week in September, 2016.
