We are pleased to announce the winner of this year’s “FASHION PRIZE OF TOKYO 2025”, a fashion prize project to promote the emergence of fashion designers who are active on the world stage.

Born in Yamanashi Prefecture, JP in 1986.
April 2016 Opened select store “carol” in Jingumae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo. July 2016 Started “stein” with 3 types of pants. *From the 2024AW season, the brand logo notation was changed to “ssstein”.
 
【Brand Profile】
July 2016: Started the brand with 3 types of pants. Sold only at his own select store CAROL. September 2017: Started presenting the collection in the form of an exhibition. The brand is now being handled by various wholesalers. March 2022 (2022AW collection): Show video at RAKUTEN FASHION WEEK. January 2023 (2023AW Collection): Exhibition in PARIS begins. March 2023 (2023AW Collection): Presented a fashion show at RAKUTEN FASHION WEEK.

Brands that have the potential to increase their visibility in terms of design, number of items, and price range.
The brands were selected based on the following criteria: “willingness to exhibit overseas, and a system in place to implement the support.
Among them, designers with high potential to become world-famous fashion designers will be selected.
