―What inspired you to become a fashion designer? Describe developments leading up to the brand launch.

I specialized in product design when I was a student.
When I had my first solo art exhibition, I gave a brand name to all my works, which leads to now.

 

―What is the brand’s concept? What do you want to communicate through fashion designing?

Hybrid, leading-edge masculinity.

 

―What is your source of inspiration in creating fashion? What is your process of developing a design concept?

Information indirectly disseminated from Japan that is imperfect and sometimes mistaken.

―Who are your current stockists (areas, retail formats, etc.)? Describe the typical followers of your brand.

Mainly New York, Los Angeles, London, Italy, Hong Kong, South Korea, Shibuya and Harajuku.
Overseas artists with style I sympathize with and people who support such artists.

 

―Which brands, designers, styles and cultures have had the most impact on your fashion designing, and why?

I may be strongly influenced by hip hop, rock, SF, fantasy, action and other aspects that continue to evolve.

In order to have people feel the true meaning of the brand.

Shibuya. There are young people of various genres.
