Brand information / About the designer

―What inspired you to become a fashion designer? Describe developments leading up to the brand launch.

I loved “Pro-wrestling” and ”Hero” since I was child.I did graduate fashion show thema “YUKIHERO PRO-WRESTLING” when Bunka fashion college student.
I was Stylist assistant for 4years half after independence of master from 2011 when I heard Earth destruction theory to December 2012,So I thought “ I do all love things!!! ” and I stared brand YUKIHERO PRO-WRESTLING. I think that was good there is earth even now.

―What is the brand’s concept? What do you want to communicate through fashion designing?

I think Fashion,Pro-wrestling and Hero are really cool and interesting.Brand’s concept “The clothes that make you a hero for somebody.” Everyone said “Really?”, but I can believe it, so it’s up to you to able to HERO!

―What is your source of inspiration in creating fashion? What is your process of developing a design concept?

Inspiration from pro-wrestling a fight. I’m so exciting go to pro-wrestling.After that, I want to fight too and driving,cycling,take a bath,wash tooth…I’m exciting agein at such a time, I come up with design.

―Who are your current stockists (areas, retail formats, etc.)? Describe the typical followers of your brand.

Tokyo,Osaka,Kanagawa,Saitama,Ehime,Kyushu area,etc…on select shop in Japan.
People all over the world can buy on the internet,And sell a mc2 showroom in Paris from 2015.Korea and Italy sell starts on 2016.
Yukihero Pro-wrestling fans has a heart of gold and charming.

―Which brands, designers, styles and cultures have had the most impact on your fashion designing, and why?

Pro-wrestler Tanahashi said,”Long time ago,I did’t see people in pro-wrestling fight venue.I hope lot of people in venue and I waved my hand to upstairs. ” And, He talk the talk and walk the walk.Pro-wrestling fight venue coming to lot of people right now.I very impressed the story. One day, I was talk to description for an imaginary buyer at exhibition of sell . Maybe many people thought “He was crazy”…..

About 2016 A/W collection

―Why have you chosen Tokyo (or MBFWT) as the venue for presenting your collection?

I want to participation MBFWT for long time.
“Don’t fear what happens if you keep going on this road. With fear, there will be no road. If you give one step, the step becomes a road. Go on without fear, then you will find out.” By Antonio Inoki. I try in Antonio Inoki sprits.

―What is the concept / image for your brand’s 2016 A/W season?

YUKIHERO PRO-WRESTLING 3rd year and TOWER RECORDS Shibuya 3rd year too,”Oh! Same age ! We have to go to start kindergarten. ” For this reason, the show concept image is entrance ceremony at a kindergarten.

―What is your vision for your show / installation?

“NO ENTRANCE MUSIC, NO PRO-WRESTLING”
This Fashion show music makes “Hocori”.There are Japanese artists.

Future

―What are your brand’s future outlook and goal?

Brand is my children. I wanna many experience with brand and I hope make friends to brand(many collaboration) .plus I want to say “GOOD JOB” from Japanese princess KAKOsama.Because I love Kakosama,so I’ll do my best every day.

About TOKYO

―What does Tokyo represent for you?

I had a longing for the place when I was a teenager.I don’t know many place and many people yet.I think Tokyo is full of dreams.Japanese said “Sell your soul for Tokyo” but Tokyo don’t buy my soul yet,so my soul is unsold now.

―Which parts / sites of Tokyo do you like most? Why?

My best favorite place is “Suidobashi” because Suidobashi is holy place of Pro-wrestling and my healing place.Kourakuen hall in Suidobashi,it Pro-wrestling Fight to take place.Kourakuen hall can easily seen from any seat so, good hall for pro-wrestling fans.
Pro-wrestling magazine’s office in Suidobashi too. I was very happy and grining when I went to first time

―What are your favorite / recommended shops (of any genres, e.g. fashion stores, homeware stores, food services), facilities and sites?

My favorite place is Bench by Sumida river side.Anytime I make design and I was daydream there.And Junior high school students practice music sound can be heard here, it ‘s so nice. Sometimes I want hear more but Conductor student stoped the music. But It’s nice too!
Next, I introduce shop is “Menya Shono” in Ichigaya.This ramen shop owner meke ramen is so nice.When we make “Yukihero ramen” ,we tryed egg on maskmark, but we can made bule fire on egg.It’s good memory.
Last, I really introduce is Tower Records Shibuya. It’s sell music item and café , beer garden.Yukihero Pro-wrestling show in Tower Records Shibuya ! Yukihero Pro-wrestling × Tower Records Shibuya collaboration too.
