Brand information / About the designer

―What inspired you to become a fashion designer? Describe developments leading up to the brand launch.

We wanted to make our own ideal clothes.
We worked import select shop, Street boutiques, vintage clothing store at both.
 

―What is the brand’s concept? What do you want to communicate through fashion designing? What are the images of men and women you want to project?

The importance of something born from human hands.
 

―What is your source of inspiration in creating fashion? What is your process of developing a design concept?

It is a main inspiration source to what do we feel in everyday life.
 

―Who are your current stockists (areas, retail formats, etc.)? Describe the typical followers of your brand.

Based on the concept shop and atelier located in Osaka, we are wholesaling to Japan and abroad (mainly in Europe).
 

―Which brands, designers, styles and cultures have had the most impact on your fashion designing, and why?

We like the style that out-of-the-box thinking.
And entertainment characteristics and a feeling of mixture of the times.

―Why have you chosen Tokyo(Amazon Fashion Week TOKYO) as the venue for presenting your collection?

For the promotion of ROGGYKEI.
 

―What is the concept / image for your brand’s 2017 A/W season?

Concept : coexist (It seems that all shapes will combine)
 

―What is your vision for your show / installation?

I want to convey the value of what we think.

Future

―What are your brand’s future outlook and goal?

It is important to value encounters with shops that you can sympathize with domestic and overseas, to be able to coexist and prosper.

―Which parts / sites of Tokyo do you like most? Why?

The town which always gives different viewpoints.
 

―What are your favorite / recommended shops (of any genres, e.g. fashion stores, homeware stores, food services), facilities and sites?

We like Akasaka because when I went to Tokyo I often stay at a hotel in Akasaka recently.
