The award winners of the 5th “TOKYO FASHION AWARD”, hosted by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and Textile Fashion Industry Council, co-hosted by the Japan Fashion Week Organization (JFWO), was announced.

A joint project between Hiroshi Fujiwara & Pokémon, the “THUNDERBOLT PROJECT”, was shown for the first time in Japan. This project, whose information became open in September, was first introduced in “HYPEFEST”, an event held in N.Y. In this time, in addition to exhibits of products, a documentary movie of “HYPEFEST” was shown, along with disclosure of the latest information on the opening of a POP-UP STORE in Japan, scheduled within the year. Working in tag with “THE CONVENI”, its first POP-UP STORE in Japan will be opened within the year at Ginza Sony Park.
