Brand information / About the designer

―What inspired you to become a fashion designer? Describe developments leading up to the brand launch.

I’ve always loved fashion since I was a junior high school student, and when I realized that I could do a job that would design fashion if I wanted to work in the future, I started to admire it.

―What is the brand’s concept? What do you want to communicate through fashion designing?

I would like to have a dialogue.I would be happy if the person who received the present day feels something from my point of view as a designer and feels something and interprets it.

―What is your source of inspiration in creating fashion? What is your process of developing a design concept?

Rather than things like movies and texts, walking and touching the city with your own body and senses to see and feel the history and style of the region, country and religion. Inspired by the time you grew up in the stack of places.

―Who are your current stockists (areas, retail formats, etc.)? Describe the typical followers of your brand.

In Japan, there are several select shops in Tokyo, local select shops, and pop-up at department stores. There are stores in Asia and the Middle East. There are various customers of men and women, and customers who like it because of the balance between body shape and clothes, customers who like clothes at the entrance to various communities related to the brand, and so on.

―Which brands, designers, styles and cultures have had the most impact on your fashion designing, and why?

I think it was greatly influenced by Harajuku in the mid-2000s.
